RANDALL COUNTY, TEXAS -- A 24-year-old man has been indicted by a Randall County grand jury on manslaughter and aggravated assault charges stemming from an April accident that killed a 15-year-old girl.
Jacob Ramirez, and another 15-year-old girl in the car were seriously injured in the accident, that happened at the US 60 and US 87 split just outside of Canyon early April 30th.
According to authorities, Emalie Pizano was driving when she lost control and hit the concrete barrier.
Pizano was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to Texas law, if a Pizano was driving, it is likely that Ramirez consented to the act.
