AMARILLO, TEXAS -- Great news for students attending Amarillo College. Starting this Fall students will no longer be required to obtain or display parking permits.

Back in the day, parking was very tight on the Washington Street campus and the permits were desperately needed.

Now that they've got a brand new parking lot with plenty of empty spaces. The paperwork and the hassle just didn't make sense anymore.

Starting this Fall students and visitors can park on any AC Campus free of charge as long as the spaces aren't clearly marked for faculty or staff.
