CANYON, TEXAS -- If you want a high-tech dining experience, how about a trip to McDonald's -- in Canyon? It boasts wifi access, flat screen tv's, and a personalized seating section with pictures of Canyon etched in glass.
Even the equipment is high tech, no more flipping burgers, a new grill "sandwiches" the burger to cook both sides. Even the soda machine works with a push of the button.
"It's the only one here in Canyon, so we really wanted to gear it towards Canyon people; great lounge areas for the college kids, play land for families, McCafe coffees and beverages for coffee drinkers; we got a little bit of everything," said Brandon Clavel, the Director of Marketing.
The store has brought 70 jobs to the area, along with specials for their first grand opening week.
