AUSTIN, TEXAS (AP) -- Governor Perry is asking Hutchison to release her tax returns and make them public.
The Governor's office recently released Perry's, showing that he made just over $270,000 in 2008.
Perry's campaign is saying that, if he is willing to release his tax returns, Hutchison should do the same and that transparency is vital for an open, honest government.
Hutchison's camp has said she will release those records soon.
