AMARILLO, TEXAS -- Drivers in Amarillo will have to find another way to get on I40 from I27 North tomorrow, because the entrance ramp from I27 North to I40 East and West will be closed.
TxDot is closing the ramp so workers can use an overhead crane to hoist and install new signs. Tomorrow motorists will have to exit before the interchange, or find a new route.
The ramps should be re-opened by 9 p.m. tomorrow night.
