APD searches for female thief

AMARILLO, TEXAS -- Amarillo police are looking for a women they say robbed two different stores this morning. Police were called out to the Walgreens in the 5700 block of Amarillo Blvd just after 8:30 a.m.

Police say a Hispanic female entered the store went right to the register, pointed a gun at the clerk, and demanded money.

An hour later the same suspect allegedly went into a Toot N Totum at 1701 S. Eastern, held up the store and left.

She is described as being in her twenties, 5'8'', and dark hair in a pony tail. Anyone with information is asked to call the Amarillo Police Department.
