It's a classic case of *he* said *she* said* or *he* said *he* said.

AMARILLO, TX -- We were the first station to tell you the musical drama "CinderellaROCK" has been cancelled. Folks who signed their kids up are out of about $60 they forked over to have them in the show.

It's a classic case of *he* said *she* said* or *he* said *he* said. The writer and director contacted us, and says it's the former producer's fault the kids won't get their money back.

But, the former producer says this, that the money collected went into production. When he realized the show wouldn't make money he pulled out, then paid for the actors who stopped touring to go home. That's when the writer signed a letter of agreement to take over the production, even the debt, because he wanted to continue. "He's a perfectionist, just not a business man, he's a young, naïve man, that's very talented, and he's not out there trying to rip anyone off, he's trying to do something quite admirable,in itself, but you gotta know when to talk away being a young guy, he couldn't see through that," said Jerry Farish.

But the writer says he wasn't aware he was responsible for all the debt when he signed on the dotted line to continue the production. And he says the missing money is the former producer's fault, because he cashed the checks that were made to his company under a DMA. "He pulled out meaning that the money the kids paid to be part of the show um was sent to him so he cashed those checks to pay for the cast to be funded and as of now there are no intentions of paying those kids back," said Todrick Hall, the Writer and Director of CinderellaROCK.

As for the money, it looks like none of that will be able to be recouped.  Todrick has already schedule new auditions and show. Those auditions are free and will be held Saturday at 2 P.M.

The show itself is schedule for the 19th and 20th at the Globe News Center and will be $15 per ticket.
