Victim died of a heart attack
AMARILLO, TEXAS -- An Amarillo man has been indicted by a Potter County Grand Jury for aggravated robbery.
Joseph Angel Martinez, 40, was indicted for his alleged role in a July home invasion robbery. A resident of the home, William Hastings, died of a heart attack during the robbery. Hastings was 76 years-old.
50-year-old Lori Ponder her 11-year-old grandson were also present during the robbery, but were not injured.
No trial date has been set.
