Amarillo second in state at 5.8%
AMARILLO, TEXAS -- The Texas Workforce Commission is reporting that the seasonally adjusted unemployment rate in Texas is up by .2% from 8.0% to 8.2%.
Amarillo and Lubbock maintain the lowest unemployment rates, at 5.8% and 5.7%.
