To my friends and neighbors in Senate District 31:
On November 3, 2009, you will have the opportunity to
vote on eleven proposed amendments to the Texas
Constitution.
I would like to provide you with several online
resources that provide a complete and accurate explanation
of each amendment. I encourage you to review the
information provided on these sites.

Early voting begins October 19th, and runs through October 30th. Please
