Amarillo Police say alcohol could be a factor

AMARILLO, TEXAS -- According to police, early this morning, 23-year-old Eulice Quinones' car left the roadway and hit a large tree at 1710 I-40 East. Police said he was exiting at Ross street just before the collision. A Lake Tanglewood ambulance drove up to the scene and transported Quinones to a local hospital were he was pronounced dead.

Amarillo Police say alcohol could be a factor in fatal accident.
