Maclaren has recalled one million strollers due to hinges that have cut off children's fingertips. The recall covers all strollers made 1999 and 2009. Starting Tuesday, parents can order a hinge cover from the company's website by phone. Parents are advised to stop using the stroller until a hinge cover has been installed.
