AMARILLO, TEXAS -- The man who served as the executive director for the production of the musical "TEXAS" has been released.
That information came in a news release Pronews Seven received tonight from the Texas Panhandle Heritage Foundation board of directors.
The board's decision to release Bill Anderson is effective immediately.
No reason was given for it.
The board expects to name Anderson's successor before the start of the 2010 season.
