AMARILLO, TEXAS -- Amarillo Police say they have captured a fugitive with the help of a Nixle subscriber.
Last Wednesday, Crime Stoppers sent out an alert on Adam Yeager, he was wanted for aggravated robbery and probation violation. A Nixle subscriber saw the alert and contacted police to say the suspect had been seen at Westgate Mall. Police working holiday patrol were able to locate and apprehend Yeager at the mall.
Amarillo Crime Stoppers say they are proud of those who paid attention to the alert and the officers who responded quickly to capture the dangerous fugitive.
