Daniel Dodgen arrested for Intoxication Assault
AMARILLO, TEXAS -- Early Saturday morning an unidentified white male was struck while crossing South Adams Street at SW 8th by an older model white Chevrolet van. The van left the scene and a short time later stopped at 45th and S. Georgia. The pedestrian was transported to a local hospital and is in extremely critical condition. The driver of the van, 31-year-old Daniel Dodgen, was arrested and booked into Potter County for Intoxication Assault. The victim has not been positively identified at this time.
