New year, new employment opportunities

The year will bring new employment opportunities for panhandle residents.

According the Guymon Daily Herald, the census bureau plans to hire 1.2 million Americans, including several local residents, to help with it's massive population count next spring.

The jobs start at $10 an hour for part-timers.

Residents interested in a census job should call (866) 861 - 2010.
