(AP) -- ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) - An Albuquerque man faces a murder charge in the Christmas Eve shooting of another man.
Javier Rosalez originally was charged with aggravated battery, but Albuquerque police amended the warrant to an open charge of murder after the victim died at University of New Mexico Hospital.
The victim's name has not been released.
The 35-year-old Rosalez was arrested Dec. 24.
