AMARILLO, TEXAS -- Pronews 7 has confirmed that State Rep. David Swinford, (R-Dumas) will not be seeking re-election.

David Swinford has served in the Texas House since 1991. He has also served as Chair of the Agriculture Committee under former Speaker Pete Laney and State Affairs under former Speaker Tom Craddick.
