AMARILLO,TEXAS -- If you're one of the millions of Americans who use a ''flex-pay'' account to offset your medical bills throughout the year, you may be in danger of losing that account.

Congress is looking at getting rid of those types of accounts to make up part of the financial shortfall for universal health care. The debate centers on the money being tax free, which means the government is actually losing taxes on money you're putting aside.

Tommy Taylor, with Willis of Texas says, "That they're going to take money that we're able to set aside as employers and employees, and that will add dollars to the federal coffers in other words they're going to use it to help fund the Universal Health Care they're putting forward. So they're going to take 5 or 10 billion dollars out of our pockets and apply it toward the cost of the new health plan."

Flexible spending supporters say any restrictions would drive up health care
