AMARILLO, TEXAS -- Below is a statement from Xcel:

As of 10 a.m. Central Standard Time, about 100 customers in the storm-affected areas were without power. Another 362 customers have just lost power in the Farwell-Texico area after service on a main feeder line was interrupted. We have a crew patrolling that line to determine where the fault is. This same line experienced trouble the day the storm hit.

Customers without power in the Dimmitt area should be restored by mid day.

Customers without power in the Irick/Barwise area should be restored this afternoon.

Customers without power in Hart, Olton and Plainview should be restored by tonight. Some remaining outages in the Hale Center area are expected to be restored late tonight.

All customers who can take power should be back on before crews stop tonight, if all goes well.  Customers who sustained property damage will require an electrician to make repairs, and as soon as inspections are finished, we would be able to reconnect them to the grid.
