Vehicle fire ruled Arson

AMARILLO,TEXAS -- A vehicle fire that occurred on January 22, has been ruled Arson by the Amarillo Fire Marshal's office. The torched vehicle was at 5325 Capulin. A felony arrest was served on 18-year-old Michael Anthony Hoehns on February 5. Hoehns was booked into Randall County Jail. An outstanding felony warrant exists for 17-year-old Abbas Asyad Addam, both are in connection with this fire.
