AMARILLO,TEXAS -- Panhandle Community Services is at it again, helping those in need with their bills. Another Utility Blitz has been scheduled for Thursday and Friday from 8:00-5:00. You will need to bring your proof of income for the last thirty days, your current electric bill, gas bill, and social security numbers for everyone in the household. The Blitz will take place at PCS at 1309 W. 8th St., North Conference Room.
