If you have an outstanding warrant in Potter County now is the time to take care of it. Beginning Wednesday, March 3, law enforcement officers with the Potter County Attorney's office and Potter County Sheriff's office will be hitting the streets to round up individuals who have outstanding arrest warrants.
That means you only have a couple of weeks to get those taken care of before an officer knocks on your door to take you to jail. Between now and March 3 individuals who have an active warrant in Potter County or unpaid hot checks are encouraged to contact the County Attorney's office of the County Sheriff's office. If you aren't sure if you have a warrant you can check out the county's website at www.co.potter.tx.us and click the active warrants tab at the top of the page. You can contact the County Attorney's office at (806) 379-2271 or the Sheriff's office at (806) 379-2930.
