Four Price, (R) House District 87 Candidate
AMARILLO,TEXAS -- Chris Keffer, with Victor Leal's campaign, asked us to investigate a connection between Four Price and T. Boone Pickens' project to export Panhandle ground water.
One of our viewers sent in the same question. Asking is Four was any relation to the Price family trust who signed some water rights over to Quixx Corporation to be sold to Mr. Pickens.
Pronews 7 checked with Four's campaign who say he has no relation to this family. Mr. Price says he nor his law firm has had any dealing with Pickens on issues dealing with water. And that he understands how important our water resources are and that he will work hard to protect them.
We also have calls into CE Williams with the Panhandle Ground Water Conservation District as well as other water officials to check out these claims. We will bring you any updated information as it becomes available.
