OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - An Oklahoma woman and an Arkansas teenager have been killed in a one-car crash on Interstate 40 near Oklahoma City.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 25-year-old Monette Lindsey of Midwest City and 17-year-old Ishmael Lindsey-Solano died in the accident just before 6 p.m. Thursday.
Troopers say Monette Lindsey was driving eastbound on the interstate when her car went off the roadway and rolled two-and-a-half times. Lindsey, Lindsey-Solano and Sophia Lindsey of Texarkana, Ark., were not wearing seat belts and were thrown from the car.
Sophia Lindsey is hospitalized in critical condition.
A 17-year-old also in the car was wearing a seat belt and was not seriously injured.
