A former Paducah high school basketball coach, has pled guilty to Improper Relationship between educator and student. Last Thursday Charles Willison was sentenced to 10 years deferred adjudication and a fine of $5,000. As part of his probation, he can have no contact with the student in question for six months. Willison also permanently surrendered his teaching license.

The Texas Rangers' investigation led to Willison's arrest earlier this month. He resigned from the Paducah Independent School District after the allegations came to light.
