ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) - Federal and state investigators today went through the debris at a New Mexico oil refinery where a storage tank explosion killed two Texans.

Two other workers were critically hurt in yesterday's accident at the Navajo Refinery in Artesia.

Police Sgt. Lindell Smith says one body was at the site. The second man is missing and presumed dead.

Smith identifies the men who died as Natividad Andajo of Odessa and Victor Villa of Midland.

Two other workers were airlifted to a Lubbock, Texas, hospital. Their names weren't released.

The body found after the blast was sent to a coroner in Albuquerque. Authorities could not say immediately which man's body was found.

All four workers were employed by Northwest Insulation of Texas.

A spokesman for parent company Holly Corp. of Dallas says Navajo Refinery was operating normally today.
