AMARILLO, TEXAS -- Nearly 2 weeks into the round up, the Municipal Court reports that 2,089 warrants have been cleared through walk-ins and normal arrest activity.

There is still well over 30,000 warrants to be served.

The total face value of all warrants cleared is $399,543.10.

This includes warrants that are paid off and those cleared by jail credits.

To clarify some rumors circulating regarding the round up, people need to be able to pay their fine in full or see a Municipal Court Judge.

The Municipal Court is open until 7:00 PM on Thursday and will be open until 5:00 PM Friday.

Starting Monday, March 8th, APD officers will start knocking on residents doors and going to employers in an attempt to locate wanted individuals.
