AMARILLO,TEXAS -- The Amarillo Police Department wants folks to know that you won't be the only ones out tonight for St. Patrick's Day.
They won't be staking bars out, but the APD. just wants to give you a friendly reminder that they'll be out and about, especially after midnight. And they're urging you not to get behind the wheel if you've had to many green beers. The APD is still working under their "Spring Break DWI Grant" so additional officers will be out and about.
