Circle A Title, a separate company will be owned by Amarillo National Bank
AMARILLO, TEXAS -- Amarillo National Bank is embarking on a new venture, they are opening their own title company. Circle A Title, will be a separate company owned by ANB.
They will offer the typical title work involved with mortgages and real estate transactions.
The title company will be attached to the mortgage office located at I-40 and Coulter, with a commercial office located inside the ANB Plaza 2 building downtown.
"We think the biggest selling points on this of course is the first locally owned title company in Amarillo and first bank owned title company. We wanted to do this for our customers and for the realtors and it's going to make quicker closings and happier customers," said William Ware, Amarillo National Bank,
In any given month, Amarillo National Bank has a market share of 30-50% of the home mortgage loans here in Amarillo.
"We have a large mortgage department, and we like working with the realtors, we felt like this was a great opportunity to bring everybody together in a one stop shop," said Ware.
