Child porn laws to change?

One in 5 teenagers admits to sending or receiving a text photo of themselves or someone else in the nude...and that's leading to some proposed changes in child pornography laws.

A handful of states are looking at reducing child pornography laws from a felon to a misdemeanor involving teens and depending on the situation.

Some people believe that a relapse in common sense for a teenager shouldn't be in the same crime category as dealers in child pornography.

Twilla Woolsey, a counselor with Samaritan Pastoral, says "I think it depends on the age of the child, I think it depends on the picture, the number of pictures, and is this a one time incident of is the child actually a child who might be involved in a child pornography ring...there is a difference...and so I am for a little bit of a lesser penalty."

And officials want to remind you that once anything is out there in cyberspace, there's no way to get it back.
