(AP) -- SEATTLE - Apple won't say how many iPads it has sold in advance of the gadget's debut Saturday. And it's hard to predict whether enthusiasts will camp out overnight or swamp stores. But one thing is clear: A whole lot of people already are willing to plunk down their money for an iPad, sight unseen, hoping it will turn out to be the missing link in their digital lives.
