CLOVIS, N.M. -- Residents in Clovis, who have not received a census form in the mail can pick up and complete a form at several Questionnaire Assistance Centers located in the city. Census workers will be at the locations to help residents complete the forms.
Here is a list of the sites:
MVD 814 W 6th Street, Clovis - Monday to Fridays 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
NM Workforce Connection - Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Clovis Community College - Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The City of Clovis will also have census forms available for the public to pick up on Thursday, April 15. You can pick those up at the City Manager's office from 8-5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, that office is located at 321 Connelly Street.
Residents unable to go to one of these locations can call the US Census Telephone Questionnaire Assistance number at 1-866-872-6868 to obtain a form or complete the census over the phone. Further information is available at the 2010 Census website - www.2010.census.gov
