ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) - Arlington police say an off-duty officer from Houston is under investigation over the shooting death of a man during an argument.

Police say 18-year-old Clevontae Reynolds of Arlington was shot Monday night and pronounced dead at a hospital.

Sgt. Dace Clifton says two other people suffered non-life threatening injuries in the disturbance.

Police say the Houston officer, whose name was not released, was inside a home when a possible gang-related argument happened outside. Police say the officer went outside to see what was going on, then shots were fired.

Further details on the gunfire were not immediately released.

Arlington police say Houston police will also investigate the officer-involved shooting. The officer was not hurt.
