AMARILLO, TEXAS -- The National Nuclear Security Administration, Pantex and West Texas A&M held a special partnering conference today on campus. The conference is designed to share information and enhancement needs in science and engineering.
It's a win-win situation for Pantex and WT students who can start looking for employment on the local level and Pantex can help meet their educational needs while at school, according to Assistant professor of Mechanical Engineering, Emily Hunt, "Pantex has shown great interest in our engineering program over the last several years and this is an opportunity to showcase the research at pantex has funded through WT and several other universities."
