BORGER,TEXAS -- Borger police have arrested the owner of a daycare for possession of a controlled substance.

Brandi Michelle Prock, 25, was arrested on Friday, after an investigation at her Imagine Daycare turned up alcohol, drug paraphernalia, and methamphetamine.

The investigation came after a tip to Child Protective Services that employees were using Narcotics.

The Borger Fire Marshal also identified several fire code and safety violations.

Charges against other employees are pending.

Greg Cunningham with Department of Family Protective Services, says they served Notice of Emergency Suspension and Closure Monday. The daycare will have to close for 30 days and during that 30 days they will be seeking revocation of that license. The notice allowed them to order the daycare to be closed immediately while they seek revocation.
