TULSA, Okla. (AP) - An assistant elementary school principal in Tulsa is now free on bond after a judge entered a not guilty plea on his behalf to child sex charges.

Forty-one-year-old Robert Yerton was released Tuesday night from the Tulsa Jail after posting $150,000 bond. Defense attorney Richard O'Carroll says Yerton denies the allegations.

Yerton is charged with two counts of sexual abuse and two counts of lewd molestation of three boys ranging from 6 to 8 years old.

Authorities say one of the boys is a relative of Yerton and that at least two of the incidents allegedly occurred at Skelly Elementary School where Yerton is assistant principal.

School officials say they've started termination proceedings against Yerton.
