PAMPA,TEXAS -- Three Pampa residents are now behind bars.
Pampa police say the three have all been charged with engaging in organized criminal activity, theft of property and possession of a controlled substance.
Bobby Jene Polson,Penny June Hopkins, and Jeremy Wayne Barnes have all been arrested.
Bond for Polson and Hopkins has been set a $60,000 while Barnes was set at $80,000. Barnes was also charged with an additional charged of possession of a controlled substance.
The investigation is ongoing at this time. The three were arrested at different times as police were investigating a separate incident.
More charges could be filed.
