HOUSTON (AP) - A polygamist sect leader's daughter, who was a fugitive for nearly 20 years after being charged in a quadruple slaying, is to appear in court to learn if she'll stay in jail pending trial.
A federal magistrate is to decide Wednesday if Jacqueline Tarsa LeBaron will be held without bond.
The 44-year-old LeBaron was extradited from Honduras last week after being a fugitive since her 1992 indictment.
She's accused in the shooting deaths of three former sect members and the 8-year-old daughter of one of the adults in Houston and suburban Dallas in 1988.
LeBaron is the daughter of Utah polygamist Ervil LeBaron, who died in prison while serving time for ordering the murder of a rival sect leader.
