Police ask for help in investigation

AMARILLO,TEXAS -- Amarillo police are investigating the death of Josephine Arias Johnson. She was killed when she was run over outside Whiskey River bar this past weekend.

Now police are asking for your help in locating a possible victim and or witness. Investigators believe that there may have been a Hispanic male who was possibly wearing a red shirt and was either assaulted or hit by the truck that ran over Johnson. On Saturday, Johnson and three others were hit by a pickup near Whiskey River. Police arrested the driver of the pickup Gabriel Albert Gutierrez. He's been charged with three counts of intoxicated assault, and accident causing injury or death.
