STRATFORD, TEXAS -- No charges will be filed against a nurse practitioner in Stratford.
Warden Palmer had been accused of giving prescriptions to people without approval of a supervising physician. Allegations were also made that he may have caused the death of an elderly person.
Sherman County District Attorney, David Green, tells Pronews 7 that there wasn't sufficient evidence to bring charges in either of those cases. He did say they are going to refer the case to federal law enforcement agencies.
