AMARILLO, TEXAS -- The Amarillo Public Library started asking for your opinions in April, and now that survey deadline has been extended through the month of June.

The staff is looking for input on the library's programs and services: basically an overall view of what you think is right or wrong with the library.

And they think by extending the deadline by a month, they'll get more input from people that might not normally use their facilities.

"I think most of the responses have been positive, of course, we've had people involved make suggestions and that's what we want. We want people to tell us what they think their library should provide, what services should be available, what we have they like, and what they'd like to have more of" according to Stacy Clopton Yates, Public Relations Coordinator for the Amarillo Public Libraries.

The survey can be taken at any of the 5 library locations throughout the city, or online at www.amarillolibrary.org.
