ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) - The new United States attorney in New Mexico will be formally sworn in Friday.

Although Kenneth Gonzales already has taken the oath of office, a formal investiture ceremony is scheduled at the federal courthouse in Albuquerque.
