OLIVE BRANCH, Miss. (AP) - A second suspect wanted in the fatal shooting and robbery at Mi Pueblo restaurant in Olive Branch has been arrested by U.S. Marshals in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
The Commercial Appeals reports 39-year-old Jesus Adilio Rivera Castro was arrested Wednesday night.
Castro faces charges of armed robbery, capital murder and conspiracy to commit a felony.
He is the second of three suspects wanted by police in the fatal shooting of Alejandro Gonzalez.
The 39-year-old Gonzalez was shot in the head during an armed robbery on May 25.
Thirty-one-year-old Benito Hernandez was arrested May 29 and charge with capital murder, conspiracy to commit a felony and armed robbery. He remains in the DeSoto County Jail in Hernando on a $1.25 million bond.
Police say third suspect is being sought.
