GROVE, Okla. (AP) - A 49-year-old woman from Grove and her 4-year-old grandson have died after an all-terrain vehicle accident in Delaware County.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Tonya Joe Cochran and Wesley A. Cochran Jr. died in the accident about 9 a.m. Sunday about a mile north of Grove.

Troopers say Tonya Cochran was driving the ATV on a county road when she ran off the side of the roadway and lost control, causing the vehicle to roll.

Both she and her grandson were ejected about eight feet and landed on the steps to a house, and the vehicle then landed on both of them.
