OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - Authorities have released the name of a woman killed in an apartment fire on the city's northwest side and say the fire does not appear to be suspicious.
Police Sgt. Gary Knight on Tuesday identified the victim is 57-year-old Rebecca Hill.
Hill's body was found by firefighters when they entered the burning apartment about 6:20 p.m. Monday. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Battalion Fire Chief Brian Stanaland says investigators have determined the fire was accidental and apparently was started by a discarded cigarette.
