TEXICO, NEW MEXICO -- Water conservation measures have been initiated in the city of Texico.
Odd-numbered addresses may water on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, while even-numbered addresses may water on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
When watering lawns and landscapes, residents will not be allowed to use sprinklers between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., and when washing a car, residents will only be allowed to use a bucket or shut-off hose.
