HOOKER, OKLA. -- An Oklahoma man was killed Sunday in a single vehicle wreck about a mile east of Hooker.

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol the accident happened just after five Sunday afternoon.

Jason Keys, 46, of Turpin was driving eastbound on Highway 64, when his Dodge Dakota veered off the left side of the road for an unknown reason.  He then overcorrected and went off the right side of the road and struck a culvert.

Keys was pronounced dead at the scene, officers say he was not wearing a seatbelt.
