Mary Lee Bolin on trail for the death of her 6-week-old daughter
PAMPA, TEXAS -- The capital murder trial of Mary Lee Bolin was postponed Wednesday. Defense Attorney Harold Comer had a medical issue and the injury panel was dismissed for the day.
The panel returned to court Thursday morning but Judge Steven Emmert dismissed them, saying a new panel would be called, and the trial will be rescheduled for a later date. The court issued an order setting the trial for October 25, 2010.
No word on Comer's condition, but we are told EMS was not called to the courtroom.
Bolin is on trail for the 2007 death of her 6-week-old daughter.
