AUSTIN, Texas (AP) - President Barack Obama today flew to Austin and has been greeted at the airport by GOP Gov. Rick Perry.
The two men shook hands after Obama got off Air Force One.
Democrat Obama planned to speak this afternoon at the University of Texas. The president also has private Democratic fund-raising events in Austin and Dallas.
